I think stuff like this is a result of:

- They can't afford to pay bigger stars to make appearances

- They don't give a fuck and are just booking to enjoy themselves

I watch Impact every week, mainly because it is fun to watch but also because of how contained it is. Just one 80 min show a week. Easy to keep up with.

The stakes and bet is always self, and they're betting on themselves, TNA isn't the majors but it has rich history and layers of understanding how to survive in a business that's easily forgotten about. The good people that work there to work for themselves, taking charge of their legacy, and most times, the best get noticed. TNA/Impact is probably the most poached roster in the last 10 years.
