There's a disconnect between the way WB/CBS programmed the network for young adults vs. who actually watches live linear TV. It explains why the ratings suck.
Nexstar's new direction for CW is cheaper reality shows, imported scripted shows from Canada, and low cost sports like LIV Golf. Basically boomer shit because that's what draws ratings on local broadcast TV.
