I think RVD was meant to hold the belts longer and help carry the ECW brand but instead he caught the DUI, Edge was given a transitional 2 month reign before Cena got it back and became super Cena for over a year and probably would’ve held it longer if not for his injury.
RVD was supposed to be the change everyone waited for. instead, it went right back to CENA WINS LOL status quo booking.
