Well, that's what that was. Except there was no kickout. The reaction was "Wait, that was it?", which severely diminished the heat.
If it was a more well built up finish or something really impactful, the audience wouldn't have that weak semi-silent reaction. They would have fucking booed Roman off the building and then cheered much more when the beatdown happened.
