I'll give you a sane take. I keep up with WWE and AEW loosely, and tune in to the shows when things are interesting. Its been a long time since AEW was interesting. MJF is a screaming kike and not entertaining in the slightest, and the Acclaimed have cooled off massively for me. I watched a lot more during the Christian/Kenny, Danielson/Kenny, Mox/CM Punk feuds, but that company has been cold since then. I will say, it helps that they only have 4 PPVs a year or whatever it is, because since its so limited, I get the thought of "Well I might as well tune in" and they have always been generally good shows.
WWE has a hot story right now, so I am watching it for that, but considering Bloodline stuff is smackdown, I probably won't watch Raw anytime soon unless they ramp up the Cody stuff.
