Zayn beat the shit out of KO in a match just recently, let the Bloodline jump him constantly, and stood ringside as KO was murdered up until the handcuffed chair shots.

Why the fuck would he let Sami Zayn win the titles? He never has. He's always stolen them from Zayn. NXT, U.S., etc. etc. He's never helped Sami in any real, meaningful way. Why would he start now just because Sami got his ass beat for not letting him get murdered?

I was annoyed until I figured that out. It doesn't translate well though in the moment. Sometimes logic can be overlooked for the betterment of the story. Even if the result was still Sami losing, KO running in before the match was over would have felt like a bigger moment. It would've been much more emotional.
