The three year title reign would be meaningless if it ended just for a quick pop, and for him to drop the title in mere weeks, if not days.

I've argued that Sami could have won the match by DQ, but there was no logical reason why you would have Reigns lose that match with Wrestlemania just weeks away.

Nobody bought tickets to Mania for Sami. They’ve bought tickets for Cody and Reigns. Literally only smarks or Canadians only care for Sami. Meanwhile majority of Americans don’t care because we either want Cody or Reigns as champion.
