Everybody was saying the same fucking thing about WCW going out of business in 2001. History has proven this to be the wrong outlook. WWE as the only game in town is never, has never, and will forever never be a GOOD thing. Hell I think AEW sucks ass right now as well but 1. they've shown some good ideas and spark since forming 2. they could still be in their weird early WCW years mode and their "nWo" angle could be right around the corner 3. even a coked out shitty product from Tony Kahn who is going increasingly insane could be interesting in a WCW 2000 sort of way just to see how things might get in a desperate attempt to even get back to where they were not long ago. Still you dip shits anticipating its demise were the same ones wanting WCW dead and almost all those douchebags regretted that later and in retrospect WCW at its worst wasn't as bad or boring as WWE has been at certain points the last 20 years or so especially when it had no competition.
