Just watched a match of his the other day. It was from May 2000. He had just made a surprise return at Insurrextion and beaten crash holly for the hardcore title. He comes out on smackdown to defend the title against Bob holly but Crash (under the 24-hour rule) came out with his own referee, pinned bulldog for the title in the middle of the match, and ran off with the belt. Pretty cool.
