I also like that there is a level of indeterminancy to everything in the business and that it can change on a dime based on injuries, backstage drama, or even just if someone they're gonna push is likeable.
I think that these two things combined make wrestling compelling to watch, and when done well it can unironically approach the highest forms of postmodern art in a way that few things can.
In the ring, I like watching Drew McIntyre hit the claymore on people because it's a good looking move.
