Just finished watching the Mutoh retirement show. The Muto-Naito match is not getting the beating it deserves. Mutoh couldn't take 90% of bumps. He couldn't sell where the moves were done because he was busy being hurt from his actual injuries. They laid on the mat forever. They couldn't do any clever sequences. The big spots they pulled out stunk. Then he takes away the final win from the current star and hands it to a nostalgia feud partner who hasn't wrestled in a decade that Mutoh probably assumes is big enough to actually have his final match with. This wasn't good.
