If I were booking I'd have the triple threat between Reigns/Cody/Sami at said SS and have Zayne take it. Zayne then drops it to a newly heel turned Cody at the very next ppv in their first one on one match. From there I dunno. Lots of guys could be potentially evlevated right now but who knows. If Rock absolutely guarantees he'll be at WM 40 then at some point you need to reheat Reigns as a Heel probably and do the Reigns/Rock match.
