I remember tapping out of WCW when Sting "turned Heel" against faggot ass face Hulk Hogan at Fall Brawl 99. The storyline made ZERO sense. For one thing Sting has been willingly teaming with Hogan for several months beforehand even when he was Hollywood Hogan but hey he was FACE Hollywood Hogan now.....because...reasons? Why did CROW Sting suddenly have NO problem with what Hogan and Nash did to the world title at the beginning of the year? Why did he NEVER address it???? Then Hogan turns back to red and yellow whoopsie shit and has several matches with Sting. In each match FACE Hulk Hogan still uses like ringside wires and shit to strangle Sting, very heel like dick moves. Sting uses a bat.....and wins and is suddenly the most dastardly evil bad guy in wrestling? What? But that wasn't the final straw. The final straw was a lengthy segment aired on Nitro using footage from the past few years that tried to make you think that the whole time STING had been the evil bad guy and HOGAN the real hero....despite all the dastardly nWo stuff. I said fuck you to WCW right then and there and never looked back.
WWF? The Invasion angle in the summer of 2001. Specifically the night where WCW and ECW were merged together for no good reason and became just a bland stable and Stephanie McMahon became the "owner" of ECW and the so called biggest angle in wrestling history was already reduced to McMahon vs. McMahon part fuck off.
AEW? I dunno. Just got bored with it about a year or so ago when I realized yeah sure the in ring stuff is okay but they're not gonna take that many chances anymore, do anything different anymore and certainly have no understanding of interesting storylines or intrigue or character development. From what iv'e read the MJF stuff was okay for a while but they shit the bed with that too.
