The real wild card would be Matt Riddle. Ideally you bring Matt back as a heel, having gone full Viper while injured. That way, you have some drama when Orton finally does come back since you can do the storyline where Randy hates the new super serious, super evil heel Matt Riddle and wants the degenerate silly pothead Matt Riddle back because that's the Matt Riddle who melted Randy's cold icy heart and made him be willing to trust others and let them into his heart and become his BFF that he actually cared about.
