It was originally the Millennium Dome, it cost near a billion pounds to make. It was a failed government project and used for art and culture and political stuff.
It was near on abandoned after a year and used as storage till it became the 02 Arena . Its the biggest indoor arena in the UK. Here's a map of it when it opened
