>According to multiple anonymous sources, CM Punk, who is still currently under contract with AEW, detailed an incident in which he missed out on a very interesting opportunity. "I had only been home for a few weeks and was still getting acclimated to my new schedule," says Punk, in reference to his ongoing sabbatical from the wrestling world after a very public falling out with AEW personnel. "One night I was falling asleep at midnight, the next night, it was 1 a.m., and so on and so forth. My sleep cycle slowly got away from me and as anyone knows, once your circadian rhythm is out of whack, it's very difficult to get back under control." The former AEW and WWE World Champion went on to explain that he had found himself sleeping most days and being awake late into the night. "I just ended up getting most of the things I had to do done during the middle of the night." Despite the veteran's attempts at maintaining a normal day's schedule, one situation in particular was impossible to resolve. "I'm just not the type of person to be able to wake up and function right away and was still trying to get an adequate amount of sleep." Punk, 44, had been waiting weeks for the highly anticipated Ticketmaster pre-sale for Beyoncé's Renaissance Tour, of which has been the subject of much debate and anticipation over the past few weeks. "Yeah, I just overslept and missed everything. I signed up for that lottery thing and didn't get picked. So, now it's like, well, if I want to pick up a couple tickets for this thing, I'm going to have to shell out an unreasonable amount of money. It's kind of a bummer, for sure. I wanted to go but now knowing that I'd have to pay so much, it's made me question how much I really wanted to go in the first place.
