I'll go ahead and explain since this board is retarded. Regional sports networks are just that, regional. This is not the regular broadcasts you on TNT every Thursday. Sinclair, Bally, and Comcast also had or have RSNs. If you live in a market, say Chicago, you get Chicago's RSN where you can watch Bulls game.
