>>9147698There's something that's been bugging me since September. The crowd at All Out was absolutely electric for the Acclaimed. We didn't think the Acclaimed were going to win and we didn't hope the Acclaimed was going to win: we fucking KNEW the Acclaimed would win. And then they didn't and it killed the energy. We didn't want to watch a future show to see them win the belts, we all wanted it right then and there. My point is, how the fuck did they do it? How did they convince everyone that the match was a forgone conclusion, make them want that conclusion more than anything and then pull the fucking rug out from under us? Did Tony Khan really not hear the pops they got from doing the Dark shows? I know people were saying the "call an audible" crap but when the crowd was in that much of a frenzy, how could the plan be for the champs to retain the whole time?
