I ain't there to solve a percentage based math problem based on the cost of the meal for people who work there to get paid better. It's a restaurant not a paid night class with snacks.
The only result you gonna get from me is 0 because not that I suck that much at math but because I am pedantic: if you equation is as arbitrary as "pay a undefined percentage extra on the price for service, defined by customs never defined to you" then fuck, I can't multiply an unknown.
Waiters can think of it as paying me to solve the equation to the best of my abilities and with as little quality control or quality guarantee that I have when stepping into their dingy, greased up restaurants.
