Bray being 'le spooky fatass' isn't a believable threat on his own, but him being one with an army of huge brainwashed guys to do his dirty work against his opponents is what made the whole thing work. Even Brock had no problem putting that over, remember the Wyatt Family eliminated him at the 2016 Rumble
Brock will do that, but he's not putting over a solo spooky fatass that can't even at least give him a great match out of the deal
