Two titles is good for two TV shows

In the event one guy carries both titles then a split needs to happen so that the other show doesn't get hampered and slowed down by one dude who is mostly on the other show

I disagree, there should be at least two diva belts, one the wwe title (Bianca's) and the other the whc (Smackdown's)
midcard belts are crucial so face of the company can have long reigns with nobody's career being harmed

Except the women's roster is limited as is, so why have a midcard title when 2 world titles exist? In women's wrestling, you're either a star or a jobber, there's no real in-between. The best women's wrestler should hold one of the main world titles while the most marketable one holds the other. The current dynamic works fine without introducing another meaningless belt. Also the European belt was always awful and it had exactly 0 prestige attached to it.
