I was an early supporter of fire pro wrestling world because of all the promises they made, the game sucked ass. I bought all of the dlc for it 2 weeks ago because it was like 95% off and steam offered the whole dlc bundle for $20, and somehow the game is even worse with everything unlocked.

Any of the AKI games, the Day of Reckoning series, and the Smackdown series (KYR-SVR07) are the GOATs. If you want something a little more novel try WWE All Stars or the first Rumble Roses. If you're a weeb try the Wrestle Kingdom games.

The greatest wrestling game of all time

It's a 3D Fire Pro with good strikes and with a gigantic roster/move list that puts VPW2 to shame. Gameplay is neck and neck with the
AKI games in terms of quality and the presentation is fucking dimes. Tons of legit puro entrance themes, complete with chanting/clapping and arena effects.

Pure kino
The only downside is that it's in Japanese but there's an autistic translation here

It's good for simming but I like playing it. The gameplay is Fire Pro but in 3D (which makes the striking so much better and massively improves the game). I'd recommend trying it if you like Fire Pro gameplay, emulate that shit.
