He could be a maineventer if he bulked, but he doesn't put in the effort so he's just upper-midcarding it, but you still want good matches so there's still that issue of believability when it comes to his dominance due to his gimmick but even moreso his body.
The main problem is in my opinion the lackluster and nonexistent storytelling that's being done with Orange Cassidy. Everything has been about Pac at first and his "friends" in every other instance.
