Like if he just owned it and sent like Jerry Lynn and Malenkonover to run it and it had a separate roster. It could then be used to switch guys off TV and rehab stale gimmicks so you don't get shit like Jericho and Moxley doing the exact same thing on a loop for years.
But what he's actually doing is booking the same guys he uses on aew TV but with increasingly worse coherency with the same, bad production that looks like dollar store WWE. AEW is already just WWE with worse production and extended spot sequences. ROH is now discount discount WWE.
