You cannot immobilize that many people at once, especially with mechanics where you can spend one measly bar of meter to instantly get up from everything (super retarded in general BTW). You would have to have people roll out after every move and stay down for 2 minutes each. Then people would complain because they would spend half of the match laying on the ground.
