This happens in corporations all over the world, the most talented guy is often seen as a “slacker” because he knows he doesn’t have to put 1/10th of the effort everyone else does to get the same results and this pisses the asskissers who had to bust their asses off (Cena, Brock, Gaytch, Austin, etc) who all went out of their way to bury Dean and make him look bad to management because of this, it was a political move, not a personal one
