Judges and jurists are generally not going to be that aware of the subject at hand and unless you can break it down in terms like "this electrical company bought out its competition, cut services and increased rates for the entire town" or "this shipping agency uses its large market share to directly muscle out its competitors with by contacting their clients directly and offering far below market rates on services" then its not going to work out.
