I would love if a bidding war broke out over AEW to be a substitute good for WWE. Here's the cold hard facts: network suits think any WWE fan will watch any wrestling company and the only reason WWE is bigger than anyone else is that the fans are too dumb to find the other shows. As they see it, this would net the same returns but with lower costs to make more profits for them.
