WCW proved McMahon was the draw the entire time. Hogan tanked a company with billions of dollars behind it and Vince won with a bunch of no names midcarders he built into mega stars. Hogan tried again with TNA and now they're barely relevant. Hogan would have never made money without the McMahon machine behind him and even then McMahon could have just put someone else in that spot
