I assume the reason that story about them buying it broke because they made an offer way beyond the evaluation and then one of their money men talked them out of it. And now WWE is trying to get them to pay something between the evaluation and the initial offer.
Whoever buys it is going to do a lot of stupid shit for the sake of cost cutting like get rid of house shows and the performance center. If you think wwe is bad now wait until it’s all under trained and under experienced exathletes or they just go full celebrity make a wish.
