Because absolutely nobody else has any kind of heat in the past 4 years in their company.

Jay White never got to the level they hoped, Shooter is a flop, Okada is Okada and Tana is old

Will can at least draw western attention for a bit, and even when he leaves he will probably still do the big shows if he goes to AEW
