Z1Matto slumped down in the hard, plastic chair in Dr. Johnson's office, his corpulent body taking up most of the space.
He rubbed his temples with thick, stubby fingers, feeling the tension headaches pounding away at his skull.
"So, what seems to be the problem?"
Z1Matto let out a sigh, feeling embarrassed about being there. "I've been having these headaches, and I'm just so tired all the time. I thought it might be stress or something, so I came to see you."
"Okay, we can definitely look into that. Can you tell me where your stress is coming from?"
Z1Matto shifted in his seat, feeling self-conscious about his diminutive height and early baldness. "Well, it's kind of silly, but I spend a lot of time arguing on the internet about joshi puroresu."
"I'm sorry, what's that?"
"You know like WWF? It's like that, but involves women... in Japan," Z1Matto clarified, feeling more embarrassed by the second.
"Okay, I see. And why do you find that stressful?"
Z1Matto sighed. "Well, people get really heated about it. And it's hard to keep up with all the arguments and debates. It's just become a big part of my life, and I can't seem to stop."
Dr. Johnson leaned forward, her expression concerned. "Z1Matto, I think I need to be honest with you. Spending so much time arguing with people on the internet about anything is not a healthy way to cope with stress. In fact, it might be making your symptoms worse."
Z1Matto looked down at his hands, feeling ashamed. "I know, but it's just... I don't have much else going on in my life, you know?"
"I understand. But there are other ways to cope with stress. Maybe you could try taking a walk outside, or doing some deep breathing exercises. Or, if you really need to argue about wrestling, maybe try finding a local club or group where you can do it in person."
Z1Matto nodded, feeling a glimmer of hope. "Yeah, I think I could try that. Thanks, doc."
"Of course. And remember, if you ever need to talk, my door is always open."
