Jeff had that swimmers physique and good height. Darby is a manlet with zero muscle mass which means alot of people can't take him seriously, even Mysterio put on the beef when he started to get seriously over.
One other problem people tend to overlook, Jeff had high-test facial features like the square jaw and smaller eyes, Darby has the face of a feminine beta/woman, rounder face, weaker jaw and larger eyes.

That's not a style numbnuts. Jeff's moves look choreographed and don't belong in a wrestling ring just like fags like ricochet. Darby on the other hand literally launches his body into yours, sometimes it hits sometimes it misses. Far more believe. Far less choreographed. So they'll both end up in wheel chairs and both wear face paint. I don't care, their styles couldn't be different. Here I'll even summarize it for you.
