Kane (Glenn Jacobs) has a house in East Tennessee, NEAR Bristol although a bit further south, and for the gimmick incorporated a town called Hell Firing with the population of one (Kane). This has a double entendre of "Hellfire and Brimstone" but of course that isn't a real location.
