The theory of infinite mass is unscientific. If the mass and density were infinite, and infinite can exist within those scientifically theorectical parameters, then you can't say an infinite god is impossible within those same parameters, as you just said infinity is possible. Scientifically, you can't get something out of nothing, so the argument kills itself.
You either have to accept an infinite god and infinite mass, or the entire theory is bullshit.
