The fact that he botched so badly against Gringo Loco tells a lot. Gringo is one of the most precise luchas and avoids botches against the greenest of talent in the indys. This is not good.

The angle he took the fall was really awkward. Gringo usually sees this stuff from a mile away. He's legit the guy they bring out to make others look good and was probably hand picked for that match.

Vikingo had to renegotiate his balance on the rope which screwed up the timing and Loco ended up mistiming the landing. It should have been much more fluid.

I don't know why newer indie wrestlers don't bother continuing offense if their opponent clearly botches a move. Vikingo messed up but his opponent just made it look even more stupid. Even in pro sports athletes might miss a catch but the game goes on.
