The problem is that Dark Order have been perceived as jobbers for years. Not a single soul thinks Stu is going over Moxley and that's why this feels skippable/not important.

I think somewhere in between. Their TV ratings, the most important measurement for their company is down YoY, by a lot too. And their PPV buys are down YoY too. However, their game is about to release, and they're doing house shows, which have some interest. Also, their in event attendance and tickets sold are good.
