The difference between this and AEW is that the AEW guys look like they're assisting each other (because they are, because they can't do it otherwise), whereas this looks like they're resisting each other and just making actual counters that happen in shoot amateur wrestling

Angle puts him over saying it was close but in a real full length match he probably would have gotten him a couple more times and then it becomes lopsided. And that's with Angle being out of oly wrestling for years and Lesnar fresh out of the NCAA
