He is possibly the gayest wrestler ever, especially in the 90's, he was really beyond gay, even 2010's wrestlers like Tyler Breeze aren't as gay. He never drew a dime, he's the lowest drawing champion ever, and it makes sense, in the 80's and 90's people were still homophobic and would not pay to see a faggot. The "New Generation Era" he and Butt The Shitman Fart headlined is the lowest drawing and the most boring era in WWE.
