The only Japanese ones I've played are Wrestle Kingdom 2 on the PS2 and VPW2 on N64, both of which I enjoyed. Always heard great things about the King of Colosseum series, but I've never played 'em. Fire Pro isn't for me.

it depends what you want. If you just want something fun you can pick up and play for a little while, I'd recommend Wrestlemania: The Arcade Game. Yeah it's super old school but that just means you can play it for free. If you want full-on simulation, I'd recommend Fire Pro.
