I was initially 100% on board with the ROH purchase because I'd prefer the library in the hands of a money mark who'd make all the 04-09 era shows readily available for viewing, but Honor Club still sucks last time I checked, so fuck it

There is no "library", in terms of content monetisation. Most of the ROH footage is shot in 360 or 480p and is extremely poor quality that would never be acceptable on a modern streaming service.
TK bought RoH because he's a mark who lacks business acumen.
