Low key will be one of the most decisive matches for the company
Kennys first singles match against an outside competitor who brings with him a fan base outside of AEW, this should be a big deal
Definetly gonna be a sky rocket, but to what degree?
If this doesnt draw what other wrestling/stories does AEW have to engage the viewer besides its regular fan fare and now forbidden door II, which needs to have a much better build then last year

I already see parts of the show losing viewers (Hook/Stokely Adam Cole) we'll see if the rest of the show will maintain momentum for Omega/Vikingo no matter what time the slot is for the match

If Kenny Omega's match has shit quarterly ratings let alone fails to get Tony a milly, Kenny's fucked.

No more creative control, if he re-ups Kenny will have to re-up for less money than he's currently making as opposed to strongarming Tony into giving him more than the obscene money Tony paid FTR to re-up, and Tony has a green light to give CM Punk EVERYTHING he wants to come back (damn Jericho and anyone else who hates Punk) as far as failing tomorrow night to bring in big fucking ratings will be the end of the Omega/Elite dominance over the company backstage.

Tony wants all of the toys, but Omega/Young Bucks don't want Punk and Discovery wants Punk/wouldn't give a fuck if Omega/Bucks went away for good.

Collectively, the Elite have failed miserably in terms of tanking the ratings and this is Omega's only chance to prove the Bucks were to blame not him.

And the vultures are already circling; even if Punk doesn't come back, the Elite crashed the ratings so badly that FTR were begged to come back rather than sitting out the last couple of months of their contract/being given a new contract that makes them as obscenely paid as Moxley/Jericho. Big money Tony won't give Omega, since he is invoking the clause that said he could add the time Omega was out injured onto his contract to effectively keep Omega around and making tomorrow's show make-or-break relating to whether or not Omega gets a big money deal or has to resign for pennies or if he will spend the rest of the year either stuck at home and forgotten if he doesn't agree to spend the rest of 2023 as a jobber, losing to people Omega despises.
