Often, dynamite is heavily compartmentalized so it's very obvious quarter a is the elite's quarter, quarter b is jericho's, quarter c is the women's etc. What happens in a quarter is completely confined to that 15 minute block and has nothing to do with the rest of the show outside that block. That makes it easier for people to tune out.
The other thing is all the whinging drones during the week and discussion over whether it "really was a dream match" provided viral advertising.
