why does WWE never have the issue of fighting backstage/being a huge self mark anywhere near as much as AEW?

Because WWE is a publicly traded company that deals with these things the right way.
If a guy acts up they send him home to cool down then book a meeting at a later date. You'll never see the vice president's of wwe barge into someone's lockerroom at midnight and get into a fistfight

This is correct. But since I'm an AEW Titan, I shall choose to ignore it.

Basically, if anything goes wrong in wrestling, it's all Vince's fault.
