Tony had no plan for him after he won the strap. He had him feud with Cole twice when Page mogged him in and out of the ring, I liked the Texas death match with Archer but it was clear that TK had no idea what to do with him. Compound that with the fact that with one of his literal teenage heros from ROH (Punk) showed up around the same time.
