They had plenty of time, they just dont run angles anymore. In 2002 triple h returned at mania too and his match sucked but they at least gave him a feud with kurt angle in the leadup, then he had the issue with steph too. All cody did was hang out and cool off.

honestly, it does, but it's just the two main events shouldn;t go last. Though in Roman's case, his angle got hot right before Mania, so to go straight to Cody with no real build just sucks.

They should've just done Roman vs Sami here, have Roman win and then build Cody for Summerfest.
