>>9484570Gain confidence and work on your personality/people skills. It sounds douchey but being able to make connections and make people enjoy talking to you, working with you and helping you is one of the biggest assets you can have. Careers in wrestling, Hollywood and countless other high pressure industries are made and broken based on how much people do or don't want to work with someone all the time. If you're someome who's not good at talking to people, the fact is its a skill that some people learn intuitively but for others it needs to be taught, so don't feel weird about reading Dale Carnegie or watching yt channels like Charisma on Command to help you. If you're afraid of embarrassment and social awkwardness understand that 1: nobody really cares about a stranger being awkward, flubbing his words, etc. and 2: nobody has ever mastered anything without looking uncool or embarrassing themself. Accept being uncomfortable as a part of the journey to be laughed at later.
