Britt could cut it there but beyond that I struggle to think of any women in AEW that wouldn't have to go through NXT first and learn how to promo and improve other such basic presentation skills. There's honestly like 2 or 3 that could cut it there, Jade is one.
Meanwhile WWE have a glut of women in their developmental, all already better at what WWE want than most of the main girls in AEW. Really they have too many. Contrast someone like Skye Blue without an iota of charisma and PC trainees like Tiffany Stratton and even Lash Legend that are already miles ahead of her. People like Cora Jade, Fallon Henley and Kiana james that were just as bland as the Skye Blues of the world when they were in AEW, now they're total package performers.
Women jumping ship won't happen becase WWE won't have any desire to get AEW's girls. They're worthless.
