Why is WrestleMania one of the only annual events that brings 4chan together? Anons come from boards far and wide to post in the gamethread, but it's not like wrestling is popular or anything.

We hit top 3 boards in overall traffic last Mania so it's a guaranteed draw. I just hope the mods sticky it because if they continue doing what they're doing the board will be completely unusable like during the Rumble.

wrestling is still a major part of american culture

it’s not unknown or unpopular by any means. everyone knows what it is and can at least name hogan/cena/punk/mysterio/rock/hangman or someone else.

Even if they didn't want to it's not like they have a choice. The whole of the site is coming to /pw/ to watch WrestleMania, they need the sticky a gamethread to not look suspicions to other mods and to not have the catalogue go to complete shit. Think of it like a performance review.
