IYO was strong as champion in NXT and has proven that she can get a reaction on the main roster in the right situations. She seems to have a harder time than Asuka when it comes to English, so there's not much chance of her getting over with her promos, but that hasn't stopped Asuka.
Dakota has the biggest hill to.climb because she has been booked as the primary pin eater and not given as many singles opportunities. That said, she also hasn't made the same connection with the fans that IYO has when she has had singles matches. She showed potential in NXT so a character change after some time off TV would probably do wonders for her.
